The main advantage of the Perma-Side Filters container lies in the significant time savings for sterilization department operators. Verification of the microbial barrier is performed through a simple visual inspection.
A checklist laser-engraved directly on the lid reminds the user of the essential checks to be carried out, ensuring simple, fast and safe operation.
2. PTFE filter without intermediate checks – guaranteed service life
No inspection of the filter cartridge is required during use.
The PTFE filter, integrated into the cartridge, is certified for 2,000 sterilization cycles, corresponding to a guaranteed service life of 5 years based on standard use.
The expiration date (month / year) is laser-engraved on both:
+ the cartridge (on the black tamper-evident seal),
+ the container lid.
The integrity of the tamper-evident seal certifies that the microbial barrier has not been altered.
Within 6 months following the expiration date, a recall procedure allows the replacement of the cartridges, guaranteeing a new service life of 5 years or 2,000 cycles.
On this occasion, routine maintenance of the container may also be performed, ensuring optimal system performance over time.
3. Full traceability and lifecycle control
Each container is fitted with a unique serial number, laser-marked:
+ on the lid locking lever,
+ on a stainless steel plate fixed to the container body.
